Learning Beyond the Classroom Walls
This year, our Hotel Management students visited the prestigious Gokarna Forest Resort, a luxury destination renowned for its high hospitality standards. During the visit, students explored various hotel departments—front office, housekeeping, F&B service, and spa & wellness facilities. They interacted with hotel professionals, observed operations firsthand, and learned about customer service excellence. The experience was eye-opening and deeply aligned with their curriculum, offering valuable industry insights.
